Dr. Sanjana Mathur is a Forensic Dentist who has Conducted various Oral screenings, tobacco cessation awareness, root canal treatment, digital radiography, composites, amalgam restorative fillings, complete dentures, oral prophylaxis, and extractions at Dental Camps in Noida. She is also working as a general forensic assistant in the Delhi Police, where she has worked with the Investigating Officer in the tracing, Collection, packing, and Labeling of Crucial Evidence at the Scene of Crime. She has also had experience of visiting more than 200 crime scenes and using scientific kits for Blood Detection, Fingerprints and Footprints Analysis, document examination, etc. Apart from the above, she has also worked as a project coordinator and Content Writer at Shubham Foundation for about a year, where her key role was to Organize various Seminars, conferences, and Fundraising events, as well as handle Social Media Platforms and write Blogs. She has also published a research paper entitled ”Uniform and inclusive autopsy practices in India: a cross-sectional study and recommendations thereof” in the International Journal of Health Research and Medico-Legal Practice. Her other research, entitled “Determining the Relationship between Dermatoglyphics and Malocclusion: A Pilot Study among the Population of Gujarat,” was published in the Journal of the Indo-Pacific Academy of Forensic Odontology. With a strong interest in the field of Forensics and Research, she would like to work with an esteemed organization that can give her more chances to learn, work, and share her practical knowledge for the mutual growth and benefit of the organization, students, and Herself.
