Dr. Dipti Shukla holds her Ph.D. in Nursing from DMIMS and an extensive educational portfolio, including an MBA in Hospital Management from Symbiosis University, M.Sc. in Nursing (Obstetric & Gynecological Nursing), and various post-doctoral fellowships and programs from reputed institutions in the USA, She possesses a comprehensive knowledge base. Currently serving as a Professor cum Principal at Samarpan Institute of Nursing and Paramedical Sciences in Uttar Pradesh, she has held pivotal positions in various educational and healthcare institutions. This includes roles as the Head of Department at Panna Dhai Maa Subharti Nursing College in Meerut and as an Officiating Principal at F H College of Nursing in Tundla and at SLMCON in Mount Abu, Rajasthan. She has also demonstrated her clinical expertise as a Nurse in Charge at SGH in Amethi and at VPC in Lucknow. One of her significant achievements is her innovative work, which has been recognized through multiple "Innovators Awards" for industrial designs. Her inventions, including the "KD Vaginal Reflector," "Post-Partum Abdominal Binder," "Cervical Scrape Pen," "Dipper for Orofacial Cleft," "Multi-Layer Feminine Absorbent Pad," and "Vaginal Medication-Delivery Device," have all received patent registrations in India. Her excellence in education and research has garnered recognition, such as the "Samarpan Award of Excellence in Education & Research" in 2022. She serves as a Ph.D. guide in several universities and guides both postgraduate (M.Sc. Nursing) and undergraduate (B.Sc. Nursing) students. She is a dedicated life member of numerous professional associations, including the Trained Nurses Association of India, Society of Midwives India, Nursing Research Society of India, Indo Pacific Academy of Forensic Nursing Science, and many more. Her impressive record of publications includes 36 national and international publications and 28 national and international paper presentations, solidifying her status as a prominent researcher in her field.
