Former GEQD at CFSL
Mr. Mohinder Singh is a former Government Examiner of questionable Documents. He has been associated with the field of forensic examination for the last 44 years. He has worked as a Forensic Document Examiner in the laboratories of the Government Examiner of Questioned Documents in Shimla and Hyderabad under the administrative control of the Directorate of Forensic Sciences, Government of India. He has dealt with more than 4000 criminal and civil cases referred by various investigating agencies, including the CBI, government departments, and various courts of law, and tendered evidence in more than 1000 cases.
He also worked as guest faculty in the field of forensic documents, associated with various training programs run by NPA, CDTI, NICFS, public sector banks, and the Forensic Science departments of Osmania University, Punjabi University, and B.H.U. He has presented various papers in forensic science at all-India conferences, seminars, and Workshops. He has also participated in the recent 19th Wroclaw Symposium on Questioned Document Examination in Poland in 2020. There are numerous national and international paper publications under his name. He is a Lifetime member of the Indian Academy of Forensic Sciences and the Indian Science Congress Association.
