Dr. Tripti Bhatnagar is an aluminous and Doctorate from the prestigious Indian Agriculture Research Institute, New Delhi. She received Gold medal from Indian Agriculture Research Institute, New Delhi for Outstanding Research and Academic performance. She is the founder Director of Codon Biotech Pvt. Ltd., Noida. It is a company involved in Research, Manufacturing and skill development in the field of Biotechnology. Due to her continuous hard work and innovative ideas, the company received two research grant from Indian government DBT-BIRAC which have been successfully completed. Backed by research and manufacturing unit, the company is a DSIR certified unit. Under her dynamic guidance in August 2017, Codon Biotech received the “Best Biotech Company of the year” under the micro & small scale industry scheme by Zee Business. She also received All India Women Entrepreneur Achievers Award for 2018 by Delhi Management Association and “Distinguished Bio-Entrepreneur 2020” Award from Microbiologists Society, India. She has to her credit around 60 research papers in National and International journals and three Patents. She has guided and co-guided 11 PhD students and numerous M.Sc & M.Tech Research Projects.
