A single attack can affect an entire network of resource providers. Hence, supply chain attacks have been a growing concern among cyber security experts for several years.

In 2021, it is anticipated that supply chain attacks will increase compared to the previous year. This raises concern among policymakers and the cyber security community. In the future, it is necessary to introduce innovative protective measures to prevent and minimize the impact of attacks on supply chains.
