Dr. Ruchi Sharma is presently working as a Junior Forensic Chemical Examiner/Reporting Officer in Biology/DNA Division, Forensic Science Laboratory, Delhi. She has served as a Forensic Analyst at Government Examiner of Questioned Documents (GEQD) Shimla. She has also worked as the Assistant Professor in Department of Forensic Medicine & Toxicology, Chhattisgarh Institute of Medical Science,(Govt. Medical College), Bilaspur, in Department of Forensic Medicine & Toxicology, Nepalgunj Medical College, Kohalpur, Nepal, and in Department of Forensic Medicine & Toxicology, Nepal Medical College- Teaching Hospital, Kathmandu, Nepal. She is a Gold Medalist in M.Sc. Forensic Science and has been appreciated for reporting a maximum number of Biology/DNA cases from the Director, FSL, Rohini. She has attended and participated in numerous conferences and seminars and has published various papers in The Indian Police Journal, Egyptian Journal of Forensic Sciences, International Journal of Clinical and Diagnostic Pathology and in International Journal of Clinical and Diagnostic Pathology followed by other renowned journals.
