Prof. Komal Saini
Prof. Komal Saini is currently a Professor in the Department of Forensic Science at Punjabi University, Patiala. She has a total teaching experience of 19years and has published about 40 papers and 2 books. She has taken memberships in various professional bodies/ organizations like the Indian Academy of Forensic Science, the Indian Science Congress Association, and the Punjab Academy of Sciences. She was a Chairman of the Board of Studies of the Department of Forensic Science, Chairman of the Research Board of the Department of Forensic Science, and Chairman of the Academic Council of the Department of Forensic Science from 2016 to 2019. Also, she is a member of the Board of Studies in the Department of Forensic Science, Academic Council of the Department of Forensic Science, Faculty of Physical Sciences, Research Board of Department as well as Admission Committee of the Department of Forensic Science since 2003. She has numerous publications published under her name in reputed National and International Journals. In addition to this, she has participated in several conferences, seminars, workshops as well as symposia.
