Dr. Priyanka Kapoor
Dr. Priyanka Kapoor is presently working as a
Professor and Incharge at the Department of Orthodontics & Dentofacial
Orthopedics, Faculty of Dentistry, Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi since 2016.
She has a total teaching experience of more than 14 years. She completed her BDS
from Govt. Dental College and Hospital, Punjabi University, Patiala in the year
1999 and MDS (Orthodontics) from All India Institute of Medical Sciences
(AIIMS) in the year 2006. In 2018, she has obtained a Fellowship of Forensic
Odontology from SDM College, Dharwad and since 2020, she is pursuing a Ph.D. in
Orthodontics from School of Dental Sciences, Sharda University. She has worked
as Assistant Professor from 2010 to 2012 and Associate Professor from 2012 to
2016 at Faculty of Dentistry, Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi. She has also
worked as a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Orthodontics in Kalka Dental
College, Meerut from 2006 to 2010. She has got life memberships of Indian
Orthodontic Society and Indian Society of Dental Research (ISDR). She is a
member of the International Association of Dental Research and an Executive member of
Indo Pacific Association of Forensic Odontology. She was involved with various
International and National guest lectures as well as workshops.
