Prof. (Dr.) Gurmanjit Rai Maan
Prof. (Dr.) Gurmanjit Rai Maan is an expert in the field of “Forensic Medicine & Toxicology” who possesses a collective experience of more than 32 years of teaching combined with organized work. He is currently working as a Professor and Head at Department of Forensic Medicine & Toxicology at MM. Institute of Medical Sciences & Research, Mullana, Ambala. Prior to this, he has worked as a Professor and Head at Department of Forensic Medicine & Toxicology at SRMS-IMS, Bareilly. He has worked as an Additional Professor & Head (2011-2017) and as Associate Professor (2009-2011) at GMC Amritsar. He has also worked as Associate Professor at GMC Patiala and GGS Medical College Faridkot. From 1983-1989, he was a Medical Officer at Punjab Civil Medical Services. Till now, he has evaluated approximated 15 MD thesis and supervised a total of 27 MD thesis. He is a life member of various Associations such as Indian Academy of Forensic Medicine, Indo-Pacific Association of Law, Medicine & Science, Punjab Academy of Forensic Medicine & Toxicology and AMCAA AMDANA. He has published numerous research papers in the various National and International journals.
