Dr. Jaya Raj Chandra
Dr. Jaya Raj Chandra is currently working as AG-III (Technical) of Quality Control Division at Food Corporation of India, Palwal, Haryana. She has worked as Jr. Forensic/Assistant Chemical Examiner in Chemistry Division at Forensic Science Laboratory, Delhi. She has also worked as Senior Research Fellow (ICMR) at Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology, AIIMS Delhi. Also, she has worked as Senior Research Fellow (UGC) and Junior Research Fellow (UGC) at Department of Forensic Medicine & Toxicology, AIIMS Delhi. She has a total of approximately 7 years in the field of research and reporting and has reported approximately 70 cases under section 174 CrPC. She did Ph.D. in Forensic Medicine & Toxicology from AIIMS, Delhi; master’s in Forensic Science from Dr. B.R. Ambedkar University, Agra, and B.Sc. Industrial Microbiology from BSA College, Mathura. In addition to this, she also completed a few short-term courses like General course on Intellectual Property, Short term course on Forensic Probing and Online Certificate Course on The RTI Act, 2005. She has been awarded with many awards and appreciation certificates at University, National and International level. She has participated in numerous Symposium, Conferences and Quiz at University, National and International level. She has published numerous publications in the various National and International journals.
