Dr. Sudhir Naib
Prof Naib has over four decades of experience in
Union Government and in Academics.
After superannuation from the Government, he
joined full time in academics as Prof & Director (Executive Education)
at IILM, Lodhi Road, New Delhi, and
thereafter as Director,
Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan's Usha and Lakshmi Mittal Institute of Management,
Kasturba Gandhi Marg, New Delhi; and as
Dean, Apeejay School of Management, Dwarka, New Delhi. Prof.Naib was also a
visiting faculty at FMS Delhi, MDI Gurugram, and FH Vorarlberg University,
Austria
His
publications include three academic books published by international
publishers--- two published by Oxford University Press, and one by Sage.
Besides, he has Chapters in three books published by Centre for Education
Growth and Research (CEGR) relating to Leadership, Negotiation, and Ethics. He
has co-authored cases in internationally respected publications like Ivey
Publishing, India Case Research Centre (AIMA).
Also, he has published research papers on policy issues in Economics
& Political Weekly, and Oxford Analytica.
Dr Naib has extensive experience in conducting
MDPs/ Workshops in various organisations --AIMA, SCOPE, NPCIL, NLC, BARC,
CSIR, DRDO, CONCOR, HAL, IIPA, ISTM, Jaypee Group, Amity, SOS Villages, Union
Government Departments, and many State Governments.
Academically, Dr Naib
is MBA and Ph. D (FMS, Delhi).He is also an alumnus of Strathclyde Business
School, Strathclyde University, Glasgow,
UK.
