Dr. P S Bhushan
Dr. P S Bhushan is the Retired Senior Faculty at LNJN, NICFS, Delhi Campus of NFSU, MHA, GOI. He is a senior and distinguished Police Officer, who is academically inclined and has made a distinct contribution to the closest understanding of the practical issues of Criminal Justice Administration. He has served many important positions in Delhi Police like SDPO in important Sub-Divisions. Crime Branch, Addl. DCP in West District. DCP Narcotics, DCP Legal Cell and Land & Building, Training College, PCR etc. He has written more than one dozen Books both in English and Hindi on different aspects of policing. Several articles have been published in different Journals of India. He passed his Post-graduation Degree in Geography, LLB. M.Phil. Ph.D. from Delhi University. He has been awarded President Police Medal for Meritorious Services besides the Most Honest Officer Award and reward on Literature Work. He has handled communal Riots and Terrorism in a planned way. He remained posted as the Incharge of Bomb Disposal Squad from 1986 to 1989 and defused more than 3 dozen live Bombs when Punjab Terrorism was on peak. He has delivered talks on Terrorism and Narcotics in Interpol when there was a Seminar of South-East Asia at Kathmandu.
